  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • If the product is deemed damaged or used, TeslaAgro reserves the right to deny the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process. Once the returned product is received and approved, we will send the replacement item. You may be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange unless the product is defective.
